The exchange I am sending to Bitsdaq shows that my transaction was completed, why the deposit is still not yet received?
The following steps shows depositing process of your coins:
Step 1: A withdrawal marked as “Completed” or “Success” on an exchange means that the transaction has successfully posted to the blockchain.
Step 2: Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different number of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
Step 3: You may use the transaction ID (TXID) to follow the status on the blockchain.
- If your transaction shows “confirmed” on its blockchain and the deposit did not arrive on Bitsdaq, please submit a ticket with your account, coin name, and TxID.
- Once the blockchain shows “processing”, please wait for your transaction to verify all the confirmations on Bitsdaq.
If you have sent to Bitsdaq from another exchange but not received a TxID, please contact their exchange customer service.
Note: If the transaction is confirmed by blockchain, but not be credited to your account, please submit a ticket (https://bitsdaq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with the following information:
- Blockchain explorer screenshot with the confirmed transaction
- Your account balances Screenshot missed the transaction
Bitsdaq team will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
